Summary of Provost Doug Owram’s letter to Professor Louis Pagliaro
April 3, 2001
On April 3, 2001, Provost Doug Owram wrote to Professor Louis Pagliaro informing him that he had reviewed Dr. Peter Dixon’s final report, and he is "now satisfied that there was no misrepresentation and, therefore, concluded that there was no violation of research integrity under GFC 96.2.5. The complaint is dismissed". In his letter, Provost Owram neither apologized nor expressed regret for the university’s actions against Professor Pagliaro.
